Our lovely holiday home

Our gorgeous villa/townhouse is located In Quinta da Poco, an attractive tree lined urbanization nestled in the countryside, close to orange groves and pretty countryside walks. There are bars and restaurants and a small mini market within walking distance, Olhos D Agua resort and beach is 2km away, Albufeira 5km and Vilamoura 8km. The stunning beaches of Belharucas, Falesia, Sta Maria, Balaia and Santa Eulalia are all reachable in under 5 minutes by car. The villa is cool and contemporary, the lounge is extremely spacious with patio doors leading on to the pretty south facing private lawned garden. The garden is the perfect place for alfresco dining and BBQs, you may even pick a lemon from the tree to put a slice in your G and T. The private garden makes the villa ideal for families with small children as there is a lockable gate at the end that leads to the lovely large shared pool.

Spacious Living Room

Spacious 8m x 8m open plan living area reached via a sweeping staircase. Patio doors leading to south facing garden. 32 " LCD TV (UK satelite freeview) and DVD player. CD player and radio. Comfortable furniture. Open fireplace. Dining table and 4 chairs.

Cleaning on entry and exit. (additional cleaning can be arranged). Bookings of more than one week, have towel change and mid holiday clean (except special offers).

Suitable for families due to lovely lockable private lawned garden. Lots of safe space for the kids to run around.

Delightful Secluded Sunny Garden 

Large south facing secluded private garden. lawned with fruit trees, shrubs and flowers. large patio area 2 sunbeds. Dining table and 4 chairs. Portable BBQ. Lockable gate that leads to path to large shared pool .

Lovely Shared Pool

Shared pool is located in a mature lawned garden shaded by lovely oak and pine trees. The villa is not directly overlooking pool, it is accessed by a short pathway through the gardens. The pool is shared by the 17 other villas on the complex. The pool area is normally fairly quiet, usually you will have the pool to yourself.

Our house is perfect if you want the comfort, space and privacy of a villa for the price of an apartment. It is our only rental property, we are not a big business, we try to keep the prices as reasonable as possible. The house has individual character and charm, it was our family home, you can relax and have exactly the type of holiday you want. You can enjoy the tranquility yet the resorts and amazing beaches are only a 5 minute drive or 45 minute walk away (2 km).

A car is recommended to get the most out of your holiday, because there is so much to see and do. Beaches, pretty villages, historic cities,the Algarves best golf courses and waterparks are all within easy reach. Shop around on line for the best car hire deals. The most economical way is to pick a car up at the airport and drive it back to the airport. Faro airport is only a 35 minute drive away.

There are some local restuarants within a 10 minute walk of the house, so you can have a nice meal and drink and walk home. If you do not want to hire a car we can give you details of an airport transfer company that do economical transfers.Taxis are plentiful and fairly cheap, they speak english, you can call them to pick you up from the house. The Aparthotel Balaia Atlantico is a 10 minute walk from the hotel, excursions and boat trips can be booked up from there if you want to venture out without a hire car. There are also tennis courts for hire at the hotel.
